By registering for this giveaway, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which will at the time of your registration, become binding between you and us.

No salesperson, representative or agent is authorised by us to give any guarantee, warranty or representation in addition to, or contrary to these Terms and Conditions.

Participation in this giveaway is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is only available online through the Weldclass website.

PROMOTER

This redemption is run by JWL Marketing Pty Ltd (trading as “Weldclass”) of 5a Hawker Road, Taminda NSW 2340 (Promoter).

The Weldclass Great Gasless Giveaway is only open to eligible entrants. An “eligible entrant” is a person who:

is either an Australian citizen or a resident;

submits an entry for this giveaway in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;

  • Registers this entry for himself or herself exclusively and not on behalf of any other person or group of persons;
  • Does not in any way tamper with the entry and/or the entry process for the redemption; and
  • Purchases a Weldclass Platinum GL-11 Gasless MIG Wire product from an Authorised Weldclass Retailer in Australia only.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The giveaway period begins Monday 2nd October 2023 and ends Sunday 31st December 2023

GIVEAWAY OFFER

Entrants can only gain entry electronically through the dedicated online Redemption Page.

Only one entry is permitted per Weldclass product purchased. If a person makes multiple purchases, a person may only enter once for every product purchased.

PRIZE

Weldclass will draw one (1) winner each week from the entry pool. Winner will receive a Weldclass welding package consisting of:

  • Weldclass Force 180MST
  • Promax 500 Welding helmet
  • Premium Welding Gloves
  • MIG Pliers
  • 9mm 4.5kg solid steel wire
  • MIG Spares Kit
  • TIG Torch 17v 3m

Total Prize pool valued at $1427.89RRP.

EXCLUDED PRODUCTS

This promotion does not apply to any non-listed Weldclass products purchased during the promotion period or products purchased outside of the promotion period.

This redemption does not apply to Weldclass products that are purchased from:

Non-Authorised Weldclass Retailers. Including but not limited to;

eBay; or

Amazon.

HOW TO ENTER

To be eligible for the prize drawr, a claimant must, during the promotion period:

  • Purchase any Weldclass Platinum GL-11 Gasless MIG Wire product from an Authorised Weldclass Retailer in Australia only.
  • Upload their receipt of purchase to: weldclass.com.au/greatgaslessgiveaway
  • Submit your form to proceed.
  • Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an email notification confirming your application has been submitted;
  • Your application will then be verified by a Weldclass staff member;
  • If your name is drawn, a Weldclass staff member will be in contact with you via email to confirm your best shipping address;
  • You will be notified when your free product is available to collect from the distributor.
  • There is no fee charged to register for this redemption other than the cost of you accessing the Internet.
  • Any purchase of Weldclass Platinum GL-11 Gasless MIG Wire product during the promotional period can be entered once, at any stage during the promotional period. It will only be valid for that single week’s draw. One purchase = one entry (multiple purchases = multiple entries).

 

DRAW

Prize draws will take place each Tuesday from 10th October – 2nd January at 5a Hawker Road, Taminda NSW 2340;

One (1) winner will be selected each week, from a pool of entrants from the previous week;

Winner will be contacted immediately with a request for shipping address;

Prizes will be sent to winners in 3 batches;

  • On or around 1st November 2023
  • On or around 1st December 2023
  • On or around 5th January 2023

GENERAL

No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

A copy of the original receipt as proof of purchase is required.

The Promoter may require entrants to provide further information regarding the circumstances of the product purchases to the Promoter or its agent as part of the entry verification process. Failure to provide this information to the Promoter’s satisfaction may result in an invalid entry at the Promoter’s discretion.

Entries may only be submitted online and in the correct form provided for at the website and will not be accepted by the Promoter in any other form.

Any misrepresentation or fraudulent information supplied by a claimant disqualifies their claim(s) and registration.

The prize cannot be returned and is not, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and eligible claimants (including an eligible claimant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible claimant who submits a registration that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the registration process. Suitable forms of verification are at the discretion of the Promoter. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.

The Promoter reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the promotional offer at any time without notice.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including as a result of electronic tampering or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant or voter, or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who it has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.

The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion, including injury or damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer related to participation in this Promotion and problems with transmission of entries and / or emails over the internet, acts in violation of these terms and conditions, acts in a disruptive manner, or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of a Participant receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the eligible claimant or participant.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter collects personal information in order to administer the promotion, the product warranty, for its own marketing purposes and for market analysis. The Promoter may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service partners and providers, offer suppliers. The Promoter will not otherwise disclose your personal information unless you have been informed or you have consented or when the Promoter are otherwise permitted or authorised to do so by law. Participation in the program is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. Claimants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. The Promoter’s privacy policy contains information about how you can access or correct personal information held about you or make a complaint about a privacy breach of the Australian Privacy Principles.

LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties that are incapable of being excluded (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

GOVERNING LAWS

The laws of NSW, Australia apply to this redemption to the exclusion of any other law. Claimants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW, Australia.
